Nashville Country Artist Releasing A Message of Unity in These Divided Times
Nashville, TN (November 5th, 2020) In a world of isolation and fear, where division and hate seem to dominate the headlines, we could use more messages of unity and love. On November 6th, amidst a pandemic, social injustice, racial tension, and political unrest, country singer songwriter, Bobby Cool, will release his latest single ‘Waves of Grain’. Cool’s hope for the song is that it will bring people together.
“With everything we’re living through right now, it’s a song I’m hoping people want to hear. It seems like we’re more divided than ever but I know it doesn’t have to be that way.” The single, written three years ago, is an invitation to join together.
“What we’re going through is hard but I do think there’s a day coming where race, political affiliation, and all the other things that seem to divide us, are not grounds for division but opportunities for patience and understanding.”
Cool, the father to three young boys, wants to leave this legacy for his kids. “You read the news and it makes you wonder what it will take for us to come together. But it’s like my wife and I tell our boys, just being kind goes a long way. We may not be able to change the world but we can change how we relate and respond to the people in our world.”
